Refund Policy

Membership & Payment Refunds

Guru Dharma Pracharana Sabha (GDPS) collects membership fees, donations, and other payments through this website using secure online payment gateways. Once a payment has been successfully completed and the related membership or transaction has been recorded in our system, refunds are generally not provided.

Voluntary donations made to support the activities of the organization are non-refundable unless an error is verified by our office.

Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same membership or transaction
  • Payment processed successfully but membership or service was not activated or recorded
  • Technical errors during online payment processing confirmed by the payment gateway or our records
  • Incorrect amount charged due to a verified system error

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date, along with valid proof of payment (transaction ID, date, amount, and registered mobile number or membership details).

Non-Refundable Payments

The following are typically not eligible for refund:

  • Successfully completed membership fees after membership has been approved and issued
  • Voluntary donations made in good faith
  • Payments made at unit or office counters marked as received, unless a billing error is proven
  • Requests submitted after the 7-day period without exceptional justification

Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved by Guru Dharma Pracharana Sabha (GDPS):

  • The refund will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible
  • Processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider
  • Any gateway or bank charges may be deducted as per payment provider rules

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation of a service does not automatically qualify for a refund. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details on cancelling pending applications or services.
